Order Processing & Delivery
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.
Packaging
All Golden Goose sneakers are carefully packaged in premium branded boxes with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery Confirmation
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package in real-time until delivery.
Signature Required
For security, orders over $300 require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign.

We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping time may apply for remote locations.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for Express or Priority shipping. Please provide a street address for faster delivery options.

Address Changes
Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of order placement. Contact us immediately for modifications.
Refused Packages
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on refused packages. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
